- Return request must be raised within 3 days after receipt of the order via email with order id in subject line and the reason for return on firstname.lastname@example.org
- The products must be returned in original condition along with bills, tags, labels and original packing box.
- Once return is approved by our team, your product will be picked within 5 working days.
Goods that CAN be returned-
- Product that does not fit proper (size issue).
- Product received is faulty or defective.
- Product received is incorrect from what you ordered.
Goods that CAN’T be returned-
- Product that have been used or consumed.
- Electronic products unless faulty or dead.
- Bulky items like furniture , lamps, lightings etc ( generally goods above 3 kg).
- Customized products.
- Food & Beverages are a non returnable product.
You can cancel your order anytime pre-shipment or post-shipment but before the delivery of the
